I have personally been a Jukes customer for over 10 years. I have always found them to be well priced and all my interactions very professional. In August 2020 our house suffered a devastating flood and this is where I have found Jukes to raise the bar in customer service levels. The support and time they have shown me and my family has been world class.

I have used Jukes for over 35 years for home and motor insurance. They are great at finding competitive quotes and make the process of renewing very simple. On the odd occasions I have had to claim, they have steered the whole process. All in all, I haven't bothered to check alternative quotes as I trust Jukes and enjoy their friendly service. They understand the minor differences between offerings and make my life much easier.
