STAY AWAY! (only given one star so that I could write this review). I cancelled my trade policy a day after paying in full having f after finding it cheaper elsewhere. As the insurance was not effective until a few weeks later, I duly sent a cancellation notice. It has now been 7 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund (1435). I have called a number of times and am given the same excuse that the insurance company needs to refund the money to them before they can refund me.
I called Nash Warren yesterday (14-June) and after 10 mins waiting lady picked up the phone and said " hello, Oh sorry I have picked up the wrong call!". She then put me back on hold. Whilst on hold, for over 20 mins, I then went to the on line chat (via their website) and requested an update as to where my refund is. Again, I was told someone would get back to me yesterday (OF COURSE NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!).
As this is no small amount of money, I have no option but to proceed through the small claims court. I made Nash Warren aware of this yesterday via the "live chat" (which ironically doesn't record the chat and send a copy to your email address). Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Wish I had seen their negative reviews before departing with my money!

The company of racists. We have been their clients for over 8 years. On renewal conversation, they heard me speaking with my husband on Russian language (we are from European Country, and have nothing to do with Russia), they have changed their attitude and quoted us double price (6000) from initial quote (3068). Saying that, this is because my husband got 3 points on his licence. Went to other company and received straight away quote (2700).
Be aware, if they don't like you, you have to pay double price to be insured. P.S Not all Russian-speaking people are Russians. Most people from ex Soviet Union speaks Russian.

Absolutely Horrendous! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! To say you have to jump through hoops is an understatement. After speaking to the helpful sales staff, who as it turn out will literally tell you anything you want to hear so you sign up. Your given a price straight away, BUT after you have signed they start adding on extras and ask YOU to do all the work for them, DVLA check codes, Driving licence photocopy's Proof of no claims bonus you name it.
They do nothing and if your not quick enough to cater to their demands they send out cancelation notices. If you then decide to spread the inflated cost over ten months they sell you a finance package to do so at 20%! Don't try to phone to complain or even dare ask for any help as you will routinely be on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Critical: Professionalism After insureing with the company i told them i had 11 years ncb with commercial and after a week they said my ncb was no good and tryed charging me 1500 extra to keep the policy or it was getting canceled verry dissapointed dont exept any quote off them no matter how cheap they quote you

Never dealt with a more unprofessional company, I have a need to change my business name and address however after the first initial call to arrange this I had waited 2 weeks for a reply they wanted photographs of the site where cars will be, which is fine I provided them promptly while the operator was on the phone! Still waited a further 2 weeks to revieve the quote and once recieved I had a question about the level of cover which I was told would need to contact underwriter and will get back to me.3 weeks later still waiting, a total of 7 weeks so far all to do a simple change.
Well needless to say I won't be renewing I will most certainly be going back to a professional Brooker, I would hate to think I needed to put in a claim. NOW POLICY HAS ENDED THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR PROOF OF NO CLAIMS! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Of I could leave 0 stars I would! Took out a policy. Cancelled with 12 Hrs as they weren't competitive. I've been waiting 35 Days so far for a refund and a call back from a "Manager" all I get is fobbed off. Terrible company! I would avoid at all costs!
