SJL Insurance Services was recommenced to me by BIBA. I was called back within the hour and had my Professional Indemnity Policy was in place within an hour. My Doc's were emailed immediately & the whole process was seamless. I was given Culum Plane as my dedicated Account Executive & I can not find the words to describe his professionalism & genuine concern to answer all my questions.

I have dealt with Adam Haynes from SJL insurance for over 8 years and have a high respect for his professionalism and attention to detail. SJL Insurance look after our Fleet Policy and Commercial & Combined polices, Adam looks after the above along with our Home and personal Insurance. He arranged for us to change from Hiscox to Chubb some six years ago for our Home Buildings and Contents Insurance, his knowledge and forward thinking regarding our requirements were second to none. SJL were recommended to me a couple of years ago when I had some complex needs relating to insuring a property I was purchasing. When we moved into the property last year we reverted back to a policy with our regular insurance company but at renewal time I returned to SJL as I felt by regular company were no longer offering value for money. Adam talked through the details of our requirements on the phone and understood them well before suggesting various options and going away to price them up.
He kept me informed every step of the way and is always friendly and courteous as well as being good at what he does. He found us great value insurance, saving compared to our existing insurer without compromising on the quality of cover. A great service and Adam is always good to deal with.

We contacted SJL insurance after having an extremely difficult time trying to get business insurance due to an unfortunate incident. Glen Curran dealt with us and had the problem sorted within 2 days, which was absolutely amazing. Glen was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We would have no problems using this company again or recommending them to others.
