Our office is open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Enquiries received outside these times or on Bank Holidays will be responded to as soon as possible the next working day.

If something has happened and you need to make a claim, then please call the office on 01905 21681 and we will guide you through the process. I got recommended to Sutcliffe Insurance from a friend who had used them in the past and had received excellent service. I needed to insure 10,000 worth of fishing tackle so contacted them. I had already received quotes in the past from other companies so knew roughly what it was going to cost. Jess at Sutcliffes was able to beat the price by quite a margin whilst offering a better cover.
The whole process was friendly, fast and efficient so can't recommend them enough! I definitely feel better knowing that all my gear is now insured in my garage, in my car and on the bank!

Sutcliffes have been my brokers now for many years. I have recommended them to friends, family and business connections and they have provided an excellent service and advice on a range from buildings to business insurances - but particularly when I had to claim a few years ago.
