Unfortunately some former staff members have a chip on their shoulder. Don't base a company review on your own poor performance. I worked there for a number of years, had training on different classes of business, gained my CII qualifications and oversaw the introduction of a new system. Some days could be fast-paced and require you to focus more. Salaries were very competitive for the work. Management has improved since I worked there. Only moved on due to relocating.
