We had a minibus stolen in October 2021 and since I have never dealt with insurance companies before, I had expected a really long and painful process. Fortunately for us, our representative was Joanne McGinley from Wrightsure Services Ltd, she had done her utmost to speed the process up and make it smooth for us. She had always been available (office work or home office), very helpful, supportive, transparent, we had always been kept updated to know where we were in the process and her job skills, experience and knowledge had saved us thousands of pounds.
