Total Scam Keep Away I have been totally ripped off, Missold and scammed. I was sold cosmetic repair and alloy wheel repair by a car dealership. During purchase I was led to believe that this service was totally run by Mercedes, never was It mentioned that these repairs were administered by Car Care Plan in fact I only heard about them a couple of weeks ago and was never told that Mercedes had nothing to do with these repairs.
All the paperwork was in the name of the car dealership and nowhere was Car Care Plan mentioned. If I had know it wasn't run by Mercedes I would never have bought it. Told a complete load of lies by the dealership. Be careful of this scam. I have asked for a full refund and you've guessed it Car Care Plan have refused. I have now raise a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman. Please do not ask for details I will only correspond openly where everyone can see your reply

I took a plan with this company for cosmetic damage to my car on the advise of the dealership, this was a big mistake. They have made my claim to fix a scratch to my bumpers impossible for over 2 months now. They take forever to respond, and when they do, they keep asking for the same thing over and over again. I think the idea is just to frustrate you and forget it. Please avoid this company like a plague.

After hitting a pothole and damaging the sidewall of my tyre in 2 places. They insisted on photos being sent of damage then sent an email saying replacement authorised, take to Kwik Fit with nothing to pay. 2 and a half hour wait at Kwik Fit and claim refused as it wasn't an mot failure. I took my car to a local garage who said the tyre was unsafe so I replaced it. Needless to say I won't use them ever again or recommend them to anyone.

POOR POOR COMPANY- CHECK OTHER REVIEWS WE CAN'T ALL BE WRONG! I bought extended warranty for my Range Rover Sport in January. I have done 2000 miles in the car since then and have had it serviced by Range Rover in March. My key is not opening my car or starting it and the manufacturer has said I need a new KVM Module and they will not cover this. My CV Boot is leaking as well and that isn't covered either.
This warranty costs nearly 1000! It was mis-sold to me as I was under the impression I was covered for everything my expired warranty would cover. I have even offered to pay more and upgrade my cover and this was refused. Do yourselves a favour STAY AWAY!

I have read multiple bad reviews of this company and I can't understand why, since owning my Citroen DS3 I have had a timing chain covered, 2 failed fuel pumps, a heat pack and now a break vacuum pump. All of this costing thousands in work. I would like to know how many of the bad reviewers have actually read the terms and conditions of their contract and made sure their cars have been serviced each year (which is exactly what I do) I have also had dealings with a staff member named Paul who was a great help.

I took this warranty out when I purchased my new mini coming up 3 years ago now. So you'd think being offered through BMW you would have a great company service, well no. It takes them weeks to reply to any emails, I've used the process twice in the 3 years to sort my paintwork out and both times the whole process of sending pictures to getting it into the workshop takes about 2 months. Just not good enough for a big company. Would not recommend or purchase again. Far too slow!
