Van Line Direct is who this business trades as and there are no humans answering phones just 'bots' unless you find this Head Office number. There are hidden charges to everything which even the phone operators can't explain as well as 30% premium hike if you choose to pay monthly! Avoid and go to a more reputable agent with more transparency.
