Great service. The team at Reich are always professional and courteous. I use them for all my insurance needs including personal and business - from private healthcare to commercial vehicle. I have recently dealt with Lisa Garton (motor) who has gone out of her way to accommodate me. I have also deal with Matthew Smith (property) who has always been great. I cannot recommend high enough - you get a level of service not attainable from faceless internet only companies.

Reich is employed by the head leaseholder for 40 maisonettes to obtain buildings insurance cover, which is then paid by the owners/tenants. They 'obtained' 140K cover from AXA for my maisonette at 349 pa. with a 250 excess. I got web quotes from GoCompare and Moneysavingexpert. The lowest were 74 and 86 respectively and the latter included identical cover from AXA for 89!

Poor Service for a prospective client: At about 12:05pm I called the private client department to discuss Travel Insurance and the phone was answered and immediately put down. Then at 12:10pm I called the general number and was put through to the private client department. The person said it was lunchtime and couldn't get anyone to speak to me.
