Spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone after going through voice activated checks. Had to explain a policyholder had died. despite this being highly sensitive I was not put through to a specialist experienced person the advisor stated he was "trying to get me put through" & that the first 2 people were not very experienced. Did I want a storage policy? What? they are the so called experts, you tell me what you offer, are they all working from home. Shirkers charter. Told I would get a call back NOTHING. How do they deal with devastated families after RTA? appalling company.

Despite me not receiving a renewal notice for the inurance cover for my motorcycle and the removal, erroneously, of 6 years of my no claims discount, my contact, Sam at Carole Nash, was able to find out why i'd had no renewl notice and the loss of NCD and satisfactorily and professionally resolve all the issues and provide an accurate and acceptible quote and then process my payment for my cover for next year's insurance right then, whilst still on the phone.

Called customer service and credit control Tom and Katie were top shelf advisors
Called customer service today regards to a cancelled policy and owing money . Spoke to Tom In customer service who was amazing very helpful and is a credit to your company . They transferred to Katie in credit control who again was amazing .. both members of staff deserve a 10 star thank you so much . I wish more companies had as nicer staff

Good experience, renewal price from another company came in too high so went on compare the market.com to compare prices and Carol Nash came in very competitively priced . Site has my details stored so gone are the days having to type in all details in every quote you go for. Straight through to Carol Nash insurance, double checked details and paid in full. Insurance paperwork came through instantly on email. Happy to be insured by Carol Nash insurance

Easy car insurance
Looking to renew my car insurance found the Carole Nash site very easy to use, included everything I wanted at a good price.
Later went back to insurer my daughter's car though not the cheapest again it offered the best deal

Insured with them in March but impossible to get hold of post agreement. The chat on the page does not work, when you call there are multiple automation ID's you have to negotiate. When you do finally get to speak to a person you discover you are through to bikes not cars and when that try to connect you the connection drops. shocking!

Chose this lot from Compare the Market and the worst service you will ever encounter. Going to their site from Comparethemarket the insurer was Zenith and paid the premium in full even though start date was 30 days off. The email reply with my policy was NOT Zenith, it was Markerstudy who are based in Gibraltar, an offshore company keeping their tax bill down.

I was already with Markerstudy but you do not get no-claims bonus added at the end of the year. Sent an email for clarification to be told I would not get no-claims bonus. So the Zenith part was just a con trick. I sent an email by reply on the 8th April cancelling and requesting my payment by return within the 14 day 'cooling off' period. No answer so rang them.

After a total of 34 minutes on the phone no one from complaints picked up so they either probably don't have such a department or its overrun with unhappy customers. It is now the 26th April and still nothing other than an acknowledgement of my formal complaint which it apparently takes 20 business days to resolve meaning it will be after the start date of the policy! You really couldn't make this nonsense up. DO NOT USE! Ombudsman and FCA definitely getting a complaint.

After being deverstated about my bike being stolen. 2days on I've chased carole nash to process claim only to be told I've got to wait for call back. So left with no bike no cash n worried about it all. Not what I wanted from long term insurance company.

Initially I was happy with the cover but I wasnt aware that you have to take out the breakdown cover with every policy, I wouldn't mind but the company that provides this is Carole Nash themselves! Just another way of squeezing an extra 61 out of you! Called them but it's mandatory despite me having AA breakdown cover on all my vehicles, won't be using them again!

AVOID AVOID AVOID There's more chance making contact with a seance! Simply terrible. I requested a quote online and received an auto email at the last payment step asking I call up on the phone number they gave to answer additional questions. I tried the number c. 30 times over the course of the next week during the 9-5 hours it stated. No one answered either human, or otherwise. Brilliant!

I decided I'd write to them instead - Old school and some 6-weeks later I've heard zip! Not a sausage! They are clearly useless so I've done myself a favour as if I cannot give them 600 how would they handle a claim for 20k AVOID AVOID AVOID

Carole Nash used to be known as a good insurer. I took a policy out with them only to find that they give their name to any old charlatan company who'll pay a percentage. My policy is actually with Markerstudy and if you look, they have exclusively 1 star reviews. Thank you so much for looking after a biker, Carole Nash

Rubbish rubbish website and sales process. I filled in all the information online including my driving life story and clicked for a quote. I was given a quote but without a price and asked if wanted to buy? As there was no price or full quote why would I?. Then the site lost all the data and told me to call the call centre. I wasted 20 minutes of my life.don't bother

Very rude workers there and not helpful at all. They make it extremely difficult to communicate with them and I strongly believe after several phone calls they intentially mess around with their clients. They decided to write off my bike based on incorrect information I provided which I tried to notify them about only hours later, but it did nothing.

They did not get a professional to even look at my bike which they said they would. Stay away. Ps you'll always speak to 4th dimension first which is another company they work with and they really are nice but have very little power. Wish you well :

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.Insured my car on line and paid in full. 1 month later they cancel the policy stating outstanding money was due and it wasnt. Rang to complain 9 times - not one person has responded. Registered an official complaint with them and contacted the Insurance ombudsman.

Absoloute scammers! Lied through their teeth that they had asked for documents and lied about emails that were sent they were not sent and are not in my inbox, will be referring to the financial ombudsman avoid carole nash at ALL costs! Used to be a good company when it was owned by carole but is now AWFUL since it was bought from her

The policy set up was quick and convenient. Cancelling the policy due to selling my bike cost me 56.88. A lot to fork out for cancelling due to the sale of the bike. I'm sure it was in the fineprint somewhere probably on page 99

Have bike insurance with them, made a claim on 9th august and still waiting for answers on my claim. tried several times to ring my insurer through them and email with no response, sent paper work and relevant items they require, parcel was signed for but still nothing

I would give no stars but can't. Save your self the hassle and don't use these scam artists. Had insurance with them for 2 weeks and 3 days. Sold bike due to financial issues and needed money to be told I was going to be charged 60 to cancel insurance which is honestly disgusting. How can you charge 60 to simply cancel insurance. I will Never use these people again horrendous customer service.

Absolutely terrible insurance company. Like a lot of other reviews on here this company really don't like change of bikes. Been on the phone for over an hour now and still getting nowhere going around in circles explaining the problem each time I am transferred to a new person. Had a bike insured with them for 2 months now trying to change to a new bike.

They are saying that no refund is available on the current policy after just 2 months of cover. The price they have for a new policy is nowhere near the price I can get from other companies so my choices are cancel with these crooks an loose the whole premium after 2 months, pay the extra to switch the bike over (lose of 113) or buy a new policy from them which is 70 more than other companies. My advice would be DO NOT INSURE YOUR BIKE WITH CAROL NASH there are far better companies out there that don't just rip you off all the time. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

AVOID CAROLE NASH Phoned to cancel my policy, told me I had a fee to pay nearly 40% of the whole premium! They when I said I wasn't prepared to pay the fee they lied and told me my policy was already cancelled and I had no choice, spoke to a different person 10 mins later who confirmed they were lying and the policy was still active. First person raised their voice at me down the phone then moments later hung up on me. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with these people and use a different company even if the policy is abit more money, its worth it.

What a joke! recently passed my bike license after having it for more than 7 years living in Cape town, it had expired and when moving here i was unable to exchange it having to re do my license, having passed it not long ago, I was told they would not insure me due to the bike that I have purchased, the guy on the phone did not even give me a quote or a monthly figure or nothing just plainly unable to assist and quite rude if im honest, so you would rather chase away customers than even provide a quote or anything, Don't worry though I got insured by people who clearly want my business : 0 STARS WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

Carol Nash customer service used to be outstanding however based on my last three interactions they are appalling. Asked to change my policy mid year to a new bike and they wanted to charge over twice the previous amount and a 30 admin fee for the remaining six months. I then did a price comparison quote and could get the same bike insured for less than the additional premium for 1 year.

When i challenged Carol Nash they offered no help or assistance in advising me on the best way forward. I had to fight to get a quote for a new policy I am so disappointed as previously i rated Carol Nash

Easy to get a quote. Needed to phone direct to specify my security, as they weren't listed in drop down menu, then was sent my policy by email. Had to ask that they correct the date of passing motorcycle test AND correct date of passing car test, both of which were given to call handler. I then sent email enclosing my no claims bonus proof along with confirmation of dates of test passed and security devices which are always on my bike; I checked my policy carefully and could find no mention of my security devices (magnum plus collosus level 10) among other devices.

All of which caused concern, but after reading 1000's of reviews about Carole Nash Insurance all said that the company always acted with utmost professional manner despite some minor hiccups. So, summing up, I now have my insurance sorted for another year with one of the best motoring companies around.

Very friendly Irish-based customer service. Easy to contact and answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the service and the policy offers in my view good value. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Auto renew is handy but also can be stopped and documents are sent online which for me is convenient and also acts as an easy record of everything.
