Purchased Mobile catering insurance for wedding catering end of January this year. Due to the pandemic i have been unable to trade like many wedding suppliers, I emailed Mobilers back in May to see if anything could be done regarding extension of policy or refund but had no reply. Called them today and the policy has a maximum retention so no refund or even a goodwill gesture on the fees! In these covid times when everyone is trying to help each other out I expected more!
