He took time out to visit a local school having heard that they were poorly funded by the Government, schools under 3,000 children have no assistance. Keith visited two local schools, one with 850 children and a smaller one with 30 children. What struck him was how well mannered the school children were and how smart their uniforms were, inspite of the fact that most of their families are very poor.
