Spoke with Lance 17th June requesting temporary insurance for my vehicle to cover my son visiting from USA today 22nd June. Lance said he would check further up the line and call me either Friday 17th June or Monday 20th June. As of 11:00 am 22nd June 2022 I have not received any information. Very disappointing!

When I initially outlined my problem, the call handler stated that she didn't think any insurer would be able to help which was extremely stressful. After she spoke to a colleague, my call was directly transferred to a broker who could not have been more helpful and sorted out cover with no problem at all

The BIBA people can be really useful in finding the right company to suit your needs. My regular insurer battled hard with their silly algorithm-ruled system and were embarrassed to quote me a silly price. BIBA connected me with an imaginative company that came in with the price I had in mind - less than half what my regular insurer quoted

Without doubt - the worst experience I have ever had contacting an insurance company in 40+ years. Called for insurance on static caravan that will be used as a holiday let. Transferred to THREE different people who all said they knew someone who could help. The third person told me they don't do holiday lets with static caravans. Total waste of 30 minutes of my life.

Was given details for this firm from my previous insurer after they told me they couldn't provide adequate cover for a garden room I had built. Called them for a quote and was told someone would call me back later that day or the following day. I made it clear that it was fairly urgent as I was currently under insured. No callback was received and I had to ring them again.
Once again I was told someone would ring me back later in the day, unfortunately no one did. Gave up with them and looked elsewhere. Clearly they don't really care about their customers. Very, very poor service.
