I advised you all don't used this company claim for accident it will take you forever and you will get lots of calls from different company's and then you find your self 7 weeks nothing done even earnings money you lost you don't get anything they ask you for proof you are not earnings even they know you are not working taxi because you car is out trust me for all taxi driver don't used plz is not good if i can give them -0 i will

Absolutely the worst insurance company I've had to deal with Rude no managers are ever available There way or no way Absolutely disgusting do not use Changing the prices to suit them And when you query Just more rudeness Do not use

Couldn't care less. Cancelled my minibus insurance as they had missold me the policy and they seemed to think it was a bit of a joke. Ive now got cover though an honest and reputable broker. I was told today it takes up to a month to respond to a complaint? A month! Ive requested all recorded calls but if it takes a month to respond to a complaint heaven knows how long this will take.

They then have the cheek to write to me telling me i need to pay them a cancellation fee. What a complete joke its companies like this that give the insurance industry such a bad name.

If I can I would give 0 star. Worst service ever experienced. During policy and after cancellation as well and we do not even had claim so I can imagine how bad their services if someone has a claim. We had two taxi policy with them. Never again!

Honestly the worst company I have been with by far! I Pay them 400 pounds per month, they leave you on hold for a hour, don't know anything other then robotic response. They put up my bill every month for no reason what so ever and then claim terms and conditions. My bill last month was 600 + pound this months the same and I originally signed up for less then 400 a month policy! Chloe Kelly in cancellations needs a new job, she has no care in the world of what customer services is!

Very dodgy company! AVOID AVOID AVOiD at all cost, no matter what points or bans you have this company is not worth it. Find another supplier will save you so much head ache. Wish I had read some reviews first. Very small team, very small company, all about getting every last penny from you.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are useless. There is not one once of common sence between the lot of them. They are not helpful or understanding. 46 mins to get answered! Will never recommend or use them Again!@@@@

My friend took out a policy cos was going to view a motor at 5pm and to be safe got insurance, didn't buy vehicle as was lied about paperwork, so rang to cancel policy they literally took 103 off him for less than a day of insurance, quick to take the deposit awfull for trying to cancel, had to phone 3 times and he only getting 30 quid back, be very careful if you use this company

Chloe called me and insisted I had not previously called in to make a payment. I told her she was mistaken, and robotically she repeated herself time and time again that she was correct and I was a liar. Ive screenshotted the calls I had made and sent it into customer services who auto replied t hey would get back to me within 3 working days, not much good when policy is due to finish at 4pm today.

I would suggest giving this young lady a course in customer service very strongly - she just lost you a customer today and gained you a bad review. EDIT - additionally I have spent an hour on the phone yesterday to change my vehicle cover - and an hour today just to try and accept the quote. They can not find what they agreed with me yesterday and currently again on hold Please do not insure with this company they are hands down the WORST company in every aspect I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. From phone wait times, to attitude of staff who talk over you, sigh, cant find details - just everything about them is shockingly bad.

My experience was initially poor as result of the 25 minute wait. However, the communication skills demonstrated by Steph were excellent. Her attitude quickly dissolved my dissatisfaction of having to wait. Very good service.

Very professional, Very friendly, very helpful, one or two occasions I've been a tad late for personal reasons with my details during renewal, Very hard to beat the renewal price I have had to look Very hard to beat the price and that's not with the added bonuses that come with one answers such as windscreen cover etc.
