Our customer service call centre is experiencing higher levels of calls than expected, therefore, we wanted to keep you up to date about temporary changes we have made to our opening hours. Our Monday to Friday opening hours is now - 8am-6pm. Weekend and Bank Holiday opening hours remain the same. If you wish to avoid our busiest times, they are 8am - 9am & 5pm - 6pm.

If you've taken out a policy with Bennetts and we've asked you to provide proof of your No Claims Discount (NCD), then you need to send this to us within 21 days of your policy start date to ensure your cover is set up correctly. NCD is an earned discount that is applied for every year that a rider has insurance on a motorcycle without making a claim.

The original quotation process and quote was excellent but when I had a query it has proved impossible to speak with anybody 45m avg waits. Web chat is terrible. Lesson learnt is there is no point getting a cheaper quote if customer service is non existent. Now I just hope I have no reason to make a claim.

Waited 20 minutes to get through to add rider to policy, call drops out whilst talking to operator who said they're still working from home, well annoying, get back in the office where the phones work, this is totally not good enough service anymore, I'll pay more for my policy next time to not have this useless service level.
