Critical: Quality, Value Alway made excuses on why they didn't have to pay when made a claim. First excuse they made I proved wrong so they quickly made up another excuse.

My experience with this company had a lot to be desired, spoke to a rude obnoxious individual who was very unpleasant and seemed very disinterested in what I had to say when making enquiries about a claim I made regarding travel insurance, due to a mix up with information I recieved from my bank pj hayman were not my insurers in the end which was a total relief as I did not want to continue with the arrogant individual again, if I could give NO STARS I would
