Absolutely useless SCAM artists, they charged us for units we do not own and informed us we had to get this as our previous insurance had expired (which was a lie) and refuse to return our mis sold insurance payments. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rudest phone operators ever. Constantly talking over you and condescending. They purchased our numbers from 3rd party source to contact us and have multiple sub companies who don't communicate. Full of liars and money grabbers.

Awful service and just fed up with their lives over the phone from October still I am waiting for my bedroom claim which is damp the report from Senior Technical Consultant is As we discussed earlier today, we have advised the damage to the bedroom seems to be being caused by a long-term continuous escape of water from several leaking overflow pipes on the front elevation.
We have not advised the window is the cause of damage. so this is not healthy and very dangerous for my health I have to leave in this flat bran new mattress used only 6 months which is cost 1500 think about my health I start to have briefing problems

Purchased this insurance via a broker, Crawford/One Indsurance, big mistake. Having this insurance is almost like having no insurance. I opened a fire damage claim almost 6 months ago and I still have had no progress. I have provided all the documents as requested, from reciepts to photos of the damage but yet still no progress. I hardly get any replies and always giving me fake promises.
Why am I paying you? You have caused me a huge amount of stress and it took me hours that I will never get back to submit all those documents you say you need to process my claim. Avoid this company at all costs! Claim number: ZH1/566695

Zurich are the worst insurance company, completely unethical. Absolutely lacking in any customer care, they have zero morals and do not care if customers are dissatisfied or going through terrible experiences.they relish it and make the situation worse in pursuit of commercial gains. Their CEO, Board and Claims Handlers are disinterested and lack any care for the company's reputation just their own bonuses. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The worst. Customer service is painful. Claims process is drawn out and complicated through outsourced services. At times I was dealing with 4 levels of outsourcing companies to resolve individual issues. I've had to push at every stage to get problems resolved. I would never recommend Zurich insurance.

There are serious cultural problems with management encouraging dishonest practices and ridiculous management charges. Avoid buying their pensions at all cost, I was advised to buy one and it has lost 75 per cent of value. I had a Zurich Pension which was invested in 'safe' Gilt-edged securities and Fixed Interest Deposits on the advice of a 'pension adviser'.
I paid 702.38 into this plan between 1985 and 1988. Then I joined a company with a company pension scheme, and informed the company I wouldn't be paying into this. I assumed they would freeze it and increase it by a nominal amount as this was the position taken by another private pension I had paid into. Zurich basically took huge charges out of it and reduced this hard saved money to nothing.
They advised me to move the money (with charges of course!) to one of their 'chosen' list of funds with extortionate charges, which I did not do. This is daylight robbery, and illegal selling but the financial ombudsman agreed with Zurich. Later on, I investigated Zurich and found that thousands of people had bought 'Vista' policies internationally with huge charges which were obviously mis-sold. A Canadian investment advisor Andrew Hallam has written at length about this. The Financial Ombudman Service is incompetent.
