The company was originally established in 2004 and set up to fill an ever growing gap in the general insurance market. While it is easier than ever to find an insurance policy from anyone such as banks all the way through to your local supermarket, finding capable and reliable service has become a near impossible task for most people.
Landlords should be careful when arranging cover for their buy to let property. Most standard home insurance policies are ineligible and specific cover should be arranged. Unfortunately, whilst it is relatively easy to find these online, the cover provided even by the big names isn't always what you would expect.
Ferguson Green have access to a wide range of commercial property insurance policies, underwritten by a number of quality insurers, including specialist Lloyds syndicates. Most of these sections are automatic to some degree with our main panel of underwriters although it is important to remember that they are frequently paid for extras with other insurers.
Our approach to providing cover for blocks of flats insurance is straightforward. Simply put, we strive to obtain the most competitive premium available by only using high quality underwriters and products. Blocks of flats are frequently insured by a management committee and it usually falls on one person in that committee to ensure that the best terms available are obtained.
