Critical: Value Was customer for several years but noticed a deterioration in service in the last year in terms of a willingness to look for the best quote for me. Actively look elsewhere as I found that very disappointing and found a good bit better like for like quotes. It certainly does pay to shop around.

Having worked with BP Insurance Brokers for many years, I will no longer be dealing with this unprofessional broker after dealing with Graham C. One of my businesses was broken into and thousands of pounds worth of theft and damage caused. The loss assessor quickly came out within days and authorised the claim. Two months passed by and I heard nothing, despite been told to make thousands of pounds in payments from my own pocket which I could later reclaim.
I had to chase them twice as I hadn't received any e-mails or even a courtesy call to reassure that my claim was progressing. I contacted Graham C at BP today and was met with his feminine sarcasm that which might be acceptable in one of the drag queen bars I suspect he hangs out in, but certainly not towards a loyal paying customer. Graham sarcastically said "I'm not sure if you're aware, but were in the middle of a pandemic".
I explained that of course I'm aware, having lost my Gran to COVID which has made this time even more difficult. Given that Graham already knew I was frustrated as a result of the burglary, no compassion was given. I told Graham this was unnacceptable and someone needed a kick up the backside, he then put the phone down. EDIT. The following day, Graham called me to apologise after his manager made him listen to the call.
He accepted the way he spoke to me was unaceptable - and said "I know I'm probably the last person you want to hear from right now". The claim has now been partially paid awaiting further Invoices.

Spoke with a woman today who helped with regarding my vehicle that had been seized by the police and asked for an insurance quote as back-up. You left me a voicemail however you were shut once I heard it. I really appreciate your help and advice and will recommend BP insurance brokers to friends. Regards, Edward

I have been with these Very Good family run insurance Brokers, for nearly it must be 10 years Now. They Always do their Very best to get you the Best & most Reasonable price cover for Your Car etc. Being a slightly smaller Broker chain company, they Can afford to keep the Prices Competitive & that little bit Lower &, they Are so Helpful + they go that little bit further for Everyone. Very Well Recommended!
