No professionalism, kept deducting money from my account for almost 5 months though I requested a cancellation before first payment was deducted. Refused to refund me just got an apology.they don't deserve a single star either

They are quickly to pay out and helps when needed. I only given 4 star as due to not covering covid19 unless you been in to hospital. Even when you have hospital appointments from NHS to get jags they don't cover.

Critical: Professionalism Absolute sham of a company, treat people like animals with no dignity at all. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever come across in my many years. If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been with them for seventeen years. i was in an accident not long after taking out the policy.i now sometimes have to spend time in hospital because of it and they always honour the policy

Staff on the phone are very polite, ask about you're day and how you are. They guild you through everything that you may be unsure of and help 100%

Had a week in hospital and contacted personal group for a claim form completed the form and received a reply in a few days to inform me that a payment would be put in my account and within five days payment had been received into my bank and was also informed i could claim for convalesceing which i had forgotten so forwarded the sick note and again received payment for my convalesceing at home. excellent service.

Hapi benefits? More like headache. Put wrong details on my account, the ruined my account somehow, couldnt log in properly, then tried to change my details, they told me that i gave them wrong details to confirm my identity and i made security breach asked them to contact company where i work and confirm everything in this case. They just told me that they have too many customers to do this, so i will have to figure out myself. Gy thanks, i wonder what for my company is paying you for?

Absolute con - I paid in for 2 years and got sick and sent off my first hospital claim which they paid - The second claim one month later they wanted further investigation - On my third claim two months after that they told me that my policy had been cancelled. So in other words we will pay out on illness as long as you never get ill.
