Jared I am going through the same thing with Istorage in Katy TX. My storage was broken into in September and I am still trying to call Pascual Garcia with no call backs, no email returns NOTHING! He talked to me like THREE times then stop answering or returning my calls. You cant tell me this is inside job FRANK is no HELP either. It happened during the transition which they told one no so the previous company like its not our responsibility bc it happened during the transition and put it on the company who owes it now but both parties have the same "INSURANCE COMPANY" we need to find all parties who is going through this to file a group civil suit against this company.
I am still paying this company but I will be removing my things soon my whole house is in this storage. I will find a way to bring this company down or parties responsible i had more 5000 worth of things stolen out my storage.

Can't even express how frustrating and disappointing the service was. After paying upfront for moving insurance, they are unwilling to acknowledge damage done (movers' packing list indicated I "packed" my own clothes washer? The movers put it on a truck; what "packing" was needed for that?) and they keep reducing the claim value to an amount less than the deductible. They have not adhered to the terms of the insurance contract and seem unwilling to respond to my latest messages.

I filed a claim back in May of 2020 with SROA, property manager Shaun.he submitted the paperwork. I received an email from WKWebster, Pascual Garcia, on July 9, 2020, stating they were ready to payout my claim and it would be deposited via wire transfer to my Credit Union within 5-10 days. Ten days came around and no deposit. I contacted Mr. Garcia and he said it was deposited July 15th.
My CU has no deposit and none pending from WKW. I asked for a receipt of deposit and was told the Accounting Dept. was in London and one couldn't be obtained. I tried calling Mr. Garcia again and received no answer. I feel like I've been scammed. I paid for insurance with SROA and they basically brushed me off after WKWebster took over. I wouldn't recommend this storage facility or insurance company

One star is too many. I had a disastrous move, where not only were one or two boxes were never delivered but almost all of my china was broken. plus other things like pictures and picture frames. The company is doing EVERYTHING it can to avoid paying a claim, a claim that in the big picture is not very much for them. I have sent them receipts, serial numbers, photos.
They continue to ask for info. Now they want me to say what the inventory box numbers are, which is irrelevant since they know perfectly well I did not keep track of the boxes as I unpacked until I found SOMEONE ELSE'S box in my house. so I started to jot the numbers down, but the data is not complete. Do NOT trust these people - they were provided by DYNAMIC LA aka KEEFER DYNAMIC who I also would not recommend. So much damage and missing articles.

I intend to run these people out of business in the state of Delaware. I am getting the insurance commissioner involved. I have a clear claim of property damage by infrasture failure at the storage unit. Hopefully these reviews will be considered by the commissioner. Please report them to your local insurance commissioner. IN REPLY TO THE OWNER'S REPLY: It is incomprehensible why on earth would ANYONE (primarily a "reviewer") would take so long to call the facility and get a statement from the facility manager and end this! June 12th is when YOU got my paperwork.
Up until then, since May I'd been given the runaround. I demanded to have direct contact with someone who could help me. In the meantime, I am severely asthmatic (provable by medical history.hospitalized over 10 times in the past 6 months) while having mold growing from my VERY EXPENSIVE dining table. I had to get rid of it. Everytime I'd clean up the mold, it would grow back overnight because of water damage at the facility due to NO FAULT of my own.
I put my things there AND PAID for safe keeping NOT to be destroyed because of apparent shoddy facility maintence. It is just short of one month since my claim has reached YOU WITH PICTURES has been filed and it is STILL UNDER REVIEW.when clearly my things were moved BY STAFF at the facility to another unit because my furniture was in one of the units affected by the pipe burst.
And STILL there is a "ways" to go with this "process". This elongated process (in my opinion) is strategically designed to cause further exasperation to the policy holder in hopes that they would just "let it go". Otherwise, there is NO EXCUSE for such a lengthy process when it comes to mitigating damages suffered by the policy holder (who has PAID FOR such coverage).
Totally unacceptable that I must be without a dinining table over TWO very important US holidays (Father's Day and July 4th) simply because someone decides that calling the facility and noting a statement regarding the infrastructure failure event, viewing my photos is NOT enough to satisify their needs to process a claim.

Claim procedure takes months. Not only do they ask for documents, quotes, more documents and quotes simply to delay the process, but even once all required documents are submitted, the case drags on for months. No answer from the case handler unless you follow up weekly. Even then, answers are standard replies, delays, promises to look into the case, handle it as priority etc. Moving company was good on both sides of the Atlantic with some caveats, but sadly the choice of insurance company was poor.

We would like to share our phenomenal experience with the New York Office of WK Webster and its Team. What truly differentiates one company from another, is in reality not so much the product or services that they provide, but rather the Level of their Team! We do not recall in our very long history as a CFO to have dealt with a company with such level of Customer Excellence, True Determination to help, and a WIT Genuine Attitude towards getting things done, all with Professionalism, Intensity, Passion, the Sincere Will to help and with the desire to Make a Difference!
We would like WK Webster to recognize the Awesome Service provided at their New York office by Chris Wright, Section Head, and also by Jephthe Brutus, Case Assistant - Cargo Claims! People like Chris Wright and Jephthe Brutus are hard to find these days, and WK Webster & Co LTd should be very Proud of having both within their Company Team!

One month after my insurance claim was submitted to them with all the required documents, they did not even review my claim yet. They just keep on sending me canned emails about my review not being reviewed yet. I will update my review in due course. Update: A few weeks later, with some negotiations my claim was paid.
