1cover doesn't have your back, at all. Remember 2 years ago when the pandemic hit? Where was 1cover? Non existent. On hold for hours and couldn't get through to anyone. E-mails not responded to for several weeks. Travel cancellations not honoured. Why? I came to find out that the owners of 1cover made all their staff redundant to save their money. No doubt the owners maintained their comfortable lifestyle, whilst their customers were left rot. Never forget this, never.

Tried to contact to take out travel insurance & use a previous credit which said to contact them to use. Tried to talk to a consultant-can only email them-get response will get back in 24-48hrs with a person. Now after 48 hours. I only hope if have an emergency overseas get a better response-no doubt outsourced so perhaps not a problem.

Very disappointing absolutely no service no one replied to my emails no one to call about claims I understand covid has An effect but seriously people work from home and should be able to take phone calls this is not how to run a business I have made two claims since my travel to bali been two weeks and no reply might think twice on using your company again the 1 good thing about your policies is the pricing and coverage but thats no good without customer service and support regards craig lawlor

WARNING! Very dodgy insurance company. i couldn't change my travel dates to update online as it only let me extend the travel date and not change the start date. when calling the customer service team i was told they cant assist and i have to wait for a sales agent to call me. very unprofessional and no help! they use a 3rd party sub contractor to take customer calls and the only number they provide is for emergencies. no direct number to call 1cover and am still awaiting on a sales agent to update my start travel date! the managers of this company should all be fired. what s disgrace of an insurance company. Never Again!
