Established in 1982 by Mr Phillip Hilton James Mitchem after many years working for one of the UK's leading insurance companies. From the outset our principal aim has been to provide a personal and local style service to the whole of the U.K in an industry where all too often a client of an insurance company is treated as a statistic.
