Declined to provide cover without providing reasons, blaming their "broker" while contrarily suggesting i go elsewhere for "different T&C's". Blatantly discriminatory. Avoid.

I have been trying to insure my engagement ring with th March and I have failed to do so as no one answers emails or phone calls. I have tried to contact Th March Ireland for the past week. Have sent a quote request, plus my ring valuation, Followed up by 3 emails (which have each bounced back with an automated response) and have tried to call 3 times- on hold for 12 mins, 24 mins and 17 mins! So I'm total I've spend around 45 minutes on the phone trying to contact them with no luck! Obviously do not want people's business!

Great service and reasonable costs. My watch value has increased significantly and my premium has only gone up by 1.50 per year. Well worth insuring jewellery separately to protect your no claims bonus on household insurance!
