Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Appalling company to try to deal with. Months of unanswered communications and still no resolution to a claim in Feb 2020. It is now May 2021. Do NOT use this company!

Forced to use through the trainline insurance. Didn't even include their phone number on email asking for information already provided. Waste of my time for a 55 refund!

I reporting this company to financial ombudsmen. And I would recomend others to also. Only the sales line answers the phone. Emails well eventually answered but they just dodge about. Rogue Traders with endemic lack of scruples across the whole team. Don't waste your energy even trying to make a claim.

We had to cancel two holidays this year when I broke my ankle. Fogg dealt with the claim pretty promptly and courteously and covered everything without giving us any hassle

An exceptionally poor service. The company has defined the scope of what it will cover in the small print so narrowly that in no normal circumstance where you suffer loss will you be able to claim anything whatsoever. A total waste of money getting cover. Avoid at all costs.

BAD BAD BAD! SCAMMERS I sent my excess fee of 75 for my $30 bill and my paperwork in November and now they are claiming they've didn't receive my bill and the hospital sent them a further invoice. So what started out as a $30 bill could be a hell of a lot more. In the middle of a dispute so wish me luck!

Unfortunately I had to claim for some hospital treatment on a cruise ship. All claim forms were completed onboard and my excess paid. Simple you would think! Some 5 months later this company are demanding that all the forms are filled out again and asking for the excess to be paid before they will continue! They do not answer when you call and when you do manage to speak to them, deny having any information. Do not waste your money.

First ever google review. Will do everything to avoid dealing with your claim and continually move hoops for you to jump through in order to get any money back. Three months after a lost passport, huge email chains with a number of different staff, I am still waiting for the money owed to me for a replacement. Please look elsewhere for your travel insurance.

I dont usually write reviews either, but these guys just severely let me down. BA cancelled my flight returning to UK in the evening, and the only alternative flight offered was very early in the morning as opposed to the afternoon. I had to get up very early to get a taxi right back to the airport incurring a cost, and losing the main last day of my holiday. Asked Fogg if they could help out.

They stated they needed written documents from BA. So I went about getting those. Then they said that kind of thing wasnt covered by their policy, nor was there anywhere in the policy that would cover that kind of incident. Took them a very long time to get back to me as well. Poor service- Had expected better, such a shame.

I never write reviews, I can not normally bring myself to waste the negative energy on it but in this case I feel I must ward off future customers as they have been so devastatingly terrible. I have police reports that show that our lost luggage wasn't negligent. We were reassured by the transport police that everything was thorough enough to make a successful claim but of course it wasn't because there was no description of the thief on the report so they couldn't verify that I saw him.

I asked them that even if the small transport police could verify that we actually saw the thief which is prerequisite for them to take my claim further I was then told that even in that instance the receipts were not thorough enough even though the phone company I bought my phone from had written specifically to them to say the phone was correctly purchased from them and could fully verify that. Going further into what steps needed to be taken they needed my flight documentation to make sure that I had actually been to costa rica. Ridiculous.

Beyond all of this in terms of customer service, I put the claim in 6 weeks ago and to this day they have never contacted me not once. Every piece of information has been from me reaching out to them. I didn't receive receipt of my documents or that they would be processed. Nothing. Please do not use them, they will use every trick they can to prevent a claim, .

Which is essentially a reimbursement as a victim of a crime. I feel more victimised by this company than I do the impoverished man that stole my bag. I wish I could give a lower rating.
