Absolutely superb service from Alfreton Insurance - as usual. In particular thanks to Steve for organising car insurance in awkward circumstances at a great price and also to Josh for sorting out a problem in Steve's absence. Can't fault Alfreton Insurance services! Professional, polite and very helpful. We already had insurance through them and it was only natural to see if they could help first. I wasn't dissappointed, they were given a tight time frame to work in with some variables, they returned the quote, a solution and a good price, swiftly. A brilliant service from begining to end by Josh, so much so that I emailed his mananger to say so. Remember, you aren't getting a chat robot, call centre, your getting a person on the end of the phone that can give you that customer service that is often lacking now a days.
