My renewal procedure went very smoothly. Carley Evans was very helpful, clear and informative. Although DCL has increased my insurance 20% for a small accident normally it should be 10%.If I go to any other insurance Co Could get cheaper but some of them are not on uber platform. An other reason to stay with them I don't like to shop around for 50difference I did try to pursue with DCL but in vaine. Any how while renewal Carley Evans was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate.

Andrew Doyle has provided me with 5 start plus service I have ever received from DCL. He has been able to match the quote from another provider + added additional driver with the same price. I have had an issue in the past which I called few times to be clarified but no joy, Andrew was able to clarify completely and send the correspondence promptly. Very Professional service. The staff both Millie and Daniella were both very nice, polite, informative and professional. It took us literally just a few minutes to take out an annual policy.

Excellent first experience! I called DCL Insurance last week to obtain an Uber approved hire and reward insurance quotation. Millie was very attentive, thorough and extremely helpful with my queries. I missed a few calls this week from DCL Insurance so I called back today to confirm my decision. I was unable to speak to Millie today, however, a gentleman called Alex assisted with my request. Alex was equally as brilliant as Millie was last week and he efficiently managed to insure my Tesla. Overall, I am super impressed with the professionalism of both Millie and Alex, DCL Insurance are very lucky to have them on the team.
