After leaving school at 17 years old, Kevin took a job as an Office Junior in an Insurance Brokers. Working under the supervision of respected and experienced insurance professionals. Kevin immediately flourished and found himself within a business environment which engaged and inspired him. In 1988, the business ownership had changed, encouraging Kevin to leave and establish Daines Kapp in 1989.
