Wouldn't usually do this but massively Robbed of my! After the owner of the livery yard I was renting wanted to take back over I was told I was unable to cancel my insurance even though the owner was insuring THE SAME STABLES with shearwater (so the stables were technically being paid for twice) only to find out a friend in a similar situation cancelled her shearwater policy with an 80 cancellation fee. Would NEVER recommend after the way the staff treated and spoke to me over the phone. Extremely disappointed!
