I have known Scott Carvill for 37 years. His mother Connie Carvill was the real estate agent that helped me purchase my first home. Like his mother, Scott has a flawless reputation of servicing his clients. He has represented me in several purchases and sales of single family homes and his company currently manages 49 rental units for me. Holly leads their property management company and is always professional and fair in her interactions with the tenants and me.

Anyone that has ever met and those of us that know them well can assure you that neither Scott Carvill or Holly has ever uttered a racist word or discriminated against a tenant or client. It's sad that Google allows disinformation that slanders the reputation of good people to remain posted without any fact or support.

Critical: Professionalism As a local here in Oahu i have been discriminated against and been treated very unfairly by this brokerage. Stay away and do not conduct business with these people!

We worked with a Carvill SIR agent to purchase our first home. As first time buyers, we had a ton of questions, and our agent was patient and helped us feel comfortable right from the start. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent from this company. Took over 2 months to get things fixed and then took a large portion of our security deposit. Very rude property manager and not military friendly.
