This is the first time I have dealt with Assured Futures as an organisation at this point I can only comment on my dealings with Ben Harrison Ben was knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly was a great listener! He readily understood my needs and matched them accordingly with the right product for me and my daughter. His call backs were impeccable, always on time and always when we agreed! Was a pleasure dealing with somebody who knew the market and his products and answered my questions with ease. Based on this I feel totally confident in my decision to use Assured Futures and Ben to switch my health insurance Incidentally he found me better cover overall and saved me a significant amount of money! Assisted by a lady named Carrie this morning. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. Phone call took about half an hour to complete. I feel this was a very professional service and my needs were met after some basic questioning. Very good service indeed. Carrie is a credit to your company and I will recommend this service to friends/co workers.

Very pleased with the service I have received from Ben H at Assured Futures. He was courteous and professional throughout our calls which he pre arranged by text. Everything was clearly explained and he identified a policy to meet my needs exactly and at a much more reasonable rate than the one quoted by my existing broker, whose customer service left a lot to be desired. Moreover, it was a pleasure speaking with him and going through the various products on offer. Really pleased with the service provided by Juliette Kemp, Insurance Consultant, at Assured Futures. Juliette was very professional, helpful & well informed & listened to everything that my wife needed & was then able to find my wife a great deal as an alternative to her current provider. She kept us updated with her search progress & there was never any pressure to buy at any time.

Great service, knowledgeable broker, found me the best deal within minutes and even threw in a couple extras to sweeten the deal which is always nice. Also felt like I was speaking to a human and not just a target driven robot - a rarity in my experience! Highly recommended.

I've always wondered what the purpose of a broker is, and Timothy demonstrated the absolute quality and value of one. He was everything I needed when evaluating what type of health insurance to choose, through careful questioning, suggesting ideas based on my comments and concerns, and sharing personal experiences. He was extremely patient with me, and spent over an hour answering all my questions, and at no point did I feel I was inconveniencing him.

He was friendly, funny, professional, empathetic, and totally understanding which made the entire experience perfect from start to finish. I felt relieved having chosen the correct insurance.
