HORRIBLE for home insurance! We were literally the last house in the neighborhood that got fixed because everyone else had better insurance companies. Ada Thao our "Claim Professional" refused to speak with me or my husband even one time about our claim. She blew us off for 6 months never returned any of our messages text or phone calls. Worst home owners insurance you could possibly get!

I have had 3 other insurance companies over the last 15 years. Travelers has always been good to their customers when filing claims (I used to be an auto estimator), and my rate was very high with my most recent insurance. I called travelers and it took a few minutes to get a great rate locked in. I look forward to dealing with them for a very long time.

Terrible company! Please look into all options before ever considering Travelers as your insurance company, they only offered me $250 for a $1500 lens that was stolen out of my truck and now taking my auto insurance from $85 a month to $145 a month because I have an out of state license and never let me know. Gave star because zero is not an option.
