Absolute con of a company took my deposit then after 5 days tried to force me to pay up front and because i said i could not afford it i had to cancel the policy then i lost out on around 50 for there admin charge joke of a company and im contacting trading standards. please people avoid this one got another25 back off of insurance company but still not a grate company

All I want is a copy of my NCB certificate they said they would email it to me and haven't, obviously don't want any more business, terrible customer service.

Terrible customer services. Would advise any one to stay clear. After being on the phone for 29 minutes a customer service answered my call to turn round and say we are busy ring back tomorrow.

Avoid like the plague! 40 minutes on the phone for a lost key claim. being transferred from one place to another.finally transferred to a glass repair center! Put the phone down in a temper and wrote instead. took 4 months to sort out!.NEVER AGAIN!

Yes, i'll go with the other review, avoid like the plague! Incompetent communicators at best, or outright bunch of thieves at worst. They have taken the insurance fee from my account, yet sent no policy or cover note. Today 5 Apr. I have received a letter stating that my insurance is cancelled because the reg. no. of my new car is not the same as on the proof of no claims. Well, dipstick, that's because its a new car!

They also refer to "previous correspondence and attempts to contact you". Lies! No letters and the phone has not rung. i rang them twice, was left on hold for 5 mins first time, 7 mins second time. Get your insurance elswhere folks. this is bandit country.
