Going through a difficult time they were only too happy to help me out excellent customer service

They don't want to deal with and offer directly policy quotes. They only want brokers to do it for them which means one will always pay commission to a third party unnecessarily!

Absolutely shocking! Policy cancelled for basically nothing. then have the cheek to demand another couple thousand and instruct premium credit to take monthly payments. Have switched to tradex as they are much better to deal with than these con artists. They have caused nothing but head ache and stress from the minute cover started I will not reccomend this company and advise to stay well away from them. Hopefully they go bust so no one has to get done over by these con artists like i have been TRADEWISE YOU ARE GENUINELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH EVER!

I AM CONTEMPLATING TAKING THIS TO TRADING STANDARD'S AND REPORTING YOUR COMPANY FOR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL, NON TRANSPARENT, AND BASICALLY DOING PEOPLE OVER TO GET YOUR GREEDY HANDS ON HARD WORKING PEOPLE'S MONEY! FUNNY HOW YOU HAVE TURNED OFF THE RESPONSE OPTION I WILL BE CONTACTING THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN REGARDING THIS MATTER AND WILL BE SEEKING A FULL REFUND AS WELL AS COMPENSATION. YOU ARE PROPER RIP OFF MERCHANT'S WHO LOVE TO CANCEL POLICIES AND OFFER MINIMAL RETURN POLICY REFUNDS. YOU WILL HAVE TO ANSWER FOR YOUR ACTIONS EVENTUALLY SEEING AS THERE ARE SO MANY CUTOMERS CLEARLY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR BUSINESS ETHIC AND CLEAR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Just cancelled my policy today shocking company. I am happy to go back to Tradex although higher premiums at least they are a proper insurance company. And certainly would not recommend DNA as a broker just hassle and aggravation from the start.

Tradewise are good but make sure you use a good broker as there is a lot of poor brokers out there

Critical: Quality Rubish company dont use! I had the policy for 3 months they asked for logbooks and invoice for purchase of vehicle's which i provided but still cancelled my policy and try to charge me 650 cancellation fee what a joke.

When pandemic started I was late with couple of payments. It was a struggle to get tradewise accept it and not cancel the policy. At the renewal, they hit me with massive premium increase and asked for full amount up front.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have been with this company for many years they have more than double d my policy. Because of a faulse cliam. Just take your money no customer value at all. So disappointed i think they are so unacceptable and no help whatsoever.

The previous review mirrors my experience. Trade Wise decided to cancel my policy stating a good reason! Fine, provided evidence but still couldnt resolve. Agent also tells me i have to pay back full balance when i was actually expecting a refund! bunch of crooks! i am going to prosecute them! As they affected my Mental Health and business.

Very very bad experience please if anyone wants to save money and time looks elsewhere! I've been robbed by tradewise you think you're buying a policy with trade wise but you're actually not. They get you a quote from a broker then the brother borrows money to pay for your policy and you pay the brokes back with lot of interest. If they cancel your policy for some stupid reason.

You have to pay back the outstanding balance even if it doesn't make sense to you. Please avoid am only trying to share my experience and not let others get robbed by their hard earned money. Scums!
