This company hasn't got the good manners to reply to my numerous emails to cancel this policy I have no paperwork for and no idea what the policy is for. I've asked several times for the payment to be returned to my bank account. If it's for travel insurance I've no plans on taking a holiday abroad so therefore don't need any insurance.

Do NOT give these cowboys any money! I paid for holiday insurance last July and have sent lots of emails! The automated reply is they respond in 24 hours. No wonder we want to cancel. God help us if we were away and fell ill we are in our 70s and I have a heart condition so got medical cover for that. We are devasted that seeing all the bad comments they are still trading!

Absolute joke of a company. Booked when booking my holiday via Jet2. Paid initially to declare a medical condition but then I found I could get better cover within an hour for the same price and more! Rang, had email confirming the refund but over 1 month later still no refund. Finally got through to them, oh refunds are delayed, email says 3-5 days, I'll sort it for you asap and call you back.
No refund, no phone call, can't even get through. Jet2 don't want to know either, even though it says Jet2 on bank statement but through this insurance. Do not use or book when booking with Jet2 or use them, disgusting. I'm going to have to take it further to get a refund via ombudsman.

I am in hospital bed in Turkey waiting for four days for this company to pay for operation tobe done booked through jet 2 no assistant from the insurance company Rock only claim no that's all no 24/7 medical assistance no communication left here in total distress do not use this company I will have to pay for this operation my self to get home to Scotland this is not a 1 rating but a 0 lwould give the lowest icould also tesco insurance works with this company to beware look deep in future do your research iwork for tesco and shocked at this but will be put in the media

My daughter broke her ankle and needed an operation a couple of days before she was due to go on holiday, she had a letter from orthopaedic surgeon to confirm she could not go. This insurance group would not help in anyway. I thought this was what insurance was for? Booked via on the beach and used their insurance which happens to be these. Don't use absolutely scam!

On insuring for one yearend not ticking any boxes for policy renewal. The policy was then renewed for Two Years without my authorisation. The only way to stop it was through my bank after Rock again tried to get funds. No response from Rock despite numerous calls and e mails. Contacted Ombudsman which took over a year and numerous detailed responses from myself, only to be told that "it was in the small print" so nothing could be done.
Avoid Rock Insurance and anything they are involved with such as Insurefor.com like the plague! Not a reputable company at all. Had to give one star in order to continue with post they do no deserve that.
