I have 2 policy's for my taxi. I cancelled a policy on the 8 February. Told me to wait max 35 days for refund. They didn't refund me. I found out after 49 days they didn't and called milestone. They said they didn't know why but the money is there so they were going to send it. 1 day later (day 50) called again I haven't received the money. They said it would take 3-5 working days to come.
So that will make it another week. Hoping it will come. I asked lady for the complaints email address. She didn't know. Put me on hold again for 3rd time and was meanwhile waiting for 21 minutes. Just to get a refund. She came back and said send me the email and I will forward it to the manager. Couldn't give me a direct complaints email address. I said how long does it take for me to get an answer.
Again put me on hold to ask, and I finally hung up. Not happy with this insurance. Seems like they are keeping the money until we forget. And then refuse to give any compensation for waiting quite a long time. All they did was apologise. Well I don't think they would accept an apology if I would pay late!

Absolutely ripping people of I would recommend safe your money and try to find better then this ripping of. Miss sold me insurance and 2days after I told them you miss sold me insurance I would like to cancelled I paid 380 deposit been told I will have 35 refund out of 380. Think 100% before you come to this company

Initially i was sceptical about using a broker in these days of online comparison sites and dealing direct, but i quickly appreciated the value as Beth from Milestone worked with me to get a highly competitive quote that i could not get directly myself even with the same insurance company! Beth was very knowledgeable on campervan and motorhome insurance, very responsive and a breath of fresh air bringing positive energy and clear guidance on each of the calls we had to optimise the policy and fee.
I have been converted as this experience was far more favourable to the tedium of completing the same information into several online forms and even then I don't have the purchasing power and business relationships that Milestone have to get the best possible quotation. Overall Milestone saved me around 20% on the quotes I got myself. I could not be happier. Thanks Milestone and thanks Beth for all your hard work on this.

This was my first time using this company for my first campervan insurance. The staff were friendly, attentive, courteous and professional.not to mention that their quote was really competitive. Their communications by email and post were timely, reminding me of additional information that I had to send them. All-in-all, its been a very positive experience using Milestone so if they manage to be as competitive next year as they were this year, they may see my business return their way again.
