1 star is 1 too many. Read their reviews and you will see a recurring theme concerning refunds on cancelled policies. They took all my premium for twelve months cover even though the policy was cancelled after 3 months. You have been warned.

Terrible service. Firstly, when you have to renew you have to contact them on a premium rate number. I did this with a 30 minute wait each time to get cut off everytime. To add the renewal guy said when I did finally get through, you cannot renew online. I finally maxed my monthly spend on my phone of 100 just trying to speak to somebody to renew and that was just Adrian Flux and nobody else, and I still hadn't renewed.

I then found out you could do this online. Howeve, you recieve an email to say that you have been paid but no confirmation or certificate of insurance. So I'm now 100 down, can't get to work as I'm not sure if I'm insured and self employed so no money today. Thanks Adrian Flux for my rubbish week. Looking elsewhere for professionals and complaining to the ombudsman. STEER CLEAR

Renewed my insurance automatically without sending any correspondence. First I knew was when money disappeared from my bank account. Then when I tried to cancel it kept most of it in fees. Apparently the paperwork was sent to the portal which I can't log into. Complete rip off.

Shambles. Just had a phone call offering insurance on one of my motorbikes. Was promptly put on hold and a new agent eventually appeared on the other end. After going through details he tells me he doesn't deal with motorbikes so puts me on hold. Eventually another person picks up and go through a few questions only to be told they don't insure motorbikes.

Just a warning to others they took 250 commission fee (plus other charges) when I cancelled my policy. This was almost 1/3 of my original payment for just commission despite only having the policy for just over 2 months. Not the best way to encourage returning customers when I can't see this charge mentioned in any of the set-up documents (only 35 stated).

Just taken Insurance cover out on my Caravan with Adrian Flux. Very happy with the Customer Service I received and the final quotation price on a like for like provided by them.

Appaling experience on a non fault claim. Car was hit whilst parked, took them 10 weeks to even get the car to their repair shop by which time the car had become full of mould. They then had the cheek to try and charge me 600 for cleaning it, despite already having admitted responsibility! 4 months into my claim and my car has still not been returned. AVOID.

Trying to insure a classic Jaguar Christmas Eve. AF got back to me on the phone so I didn't miss out and offered a very good premium deal. First class service I have to say. All documents emailed immediately so the vehicle was covered fully in an afternoon. Great for me

They just cancelled an insurance plan over a miscommunication (on their part) that has now cost my family over 1,000. The woman on the phone tried her best but when the higher ups find out they can have some easy money they're not going to turn it down are they. Unfortunately they've decided to take advantage of a young person who can't survive without transportation, sad but not surprising.

Critical: Professionalism Terrible service. Took out an insurance policy which I paid for by DD. After 4months had to sell my bike and was advised I needed to pay for the full balance of the policy, despite no longer using the service. Never had this before will be raising with MCN who's brand AF are using for bikes.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Worse than useless. A very expensive premium. When someone else damaged our car and we presented them with all the evidence for a claim, they just refused to lift a finger and even try to make the claim. Avoid - they will take your money and refuse to help you, as many other reviewers have also said.

Adrian Flux provide generally good service however there is one factor that I am not happy with. My advice is don't enter into a credit agreement on any insurance as this results in a hard search on your credit file (which is frankly ridiculous considering the value of the credit) and this will directly impact your ability to raise any other finance and will remain on your file for some considerable time into the future. This was not explained and is poor service from Adrian Flux!

Really helpful and wow great price's for my home & contents insurance. I did all the usual search sites and some but couldn't get any that could meet my requirements at a reasonable price, so started to call the company's that are not shown and one suggested i give Adrian Flux a call, not only could they beat my renewal on my requirements they were cheaper on price than last years company. Brilliant, i can certainly recommend them.

Was faffed around but got there in the end. Explained my no claims situation in the sales call, was told it was acceptable, and accepted a good quote. Subsequently upon sending the docs to match what I had described I was told it wasn't good for any no claims, despite being almost 3 years worth. Had multiple calls to customer service. It did eventually get sorted above and beyond my satisfaction, but it was a struggle to get there. Thank you to the manager that sorted me out.

Never had any problems when dealing with this company. Always friendly and professional on the phone, renewal quotes always seem to be the cheapest with the highest levels of cover! Been with them 3 years for my modified car insurance so I thought I'll have a look around this year on comparison sites and a couple of independent companies. See if there are any cheaper or better!?

Found other companies to be either more expensive, customer service not up to standard or just didn't cater and have the level of cover that I wanted on the policy! So will be sticking with Adrian flux another year!

I've insured my bike through Adrian Flux for 2 years now, I called up after my policy renewed to make a change to be hit with admin fees and changes to the requirements to how I stored the bike to allow them to insure. I ended up cancelling after 9 days during the 'cooling down period' to be hit with not 1 but 2(!) 30 admin cancellation fees. As a result, I found a much more cost effective policy.

Typically they are making 50% as a broker (it's on the documentation) and offering no real value for that money, be careful as they operate as a number of different company names. Terrible Company - AVOID!

After insuring the same vehicle with them for 5 years have had my insurance cancelled as the company they used wouldn't agree value after paying 260 for 3 months policy and only get 17 back. Have moved to a different broker who have used the same company as Adrian Flux with no problem on agreed value. Really poor service and just keep all your money

Not the best service. the constant threats of cancellation to my daughter are upsetting and nerve racking to say the least. the black box doesn't charge even on the drive for an hour and fifteen minutes it only made it to 40%. Emails threatening cancellation of policy if we don't call today send five minutes before the close at the end of the day. the discount never goes above 18pence even on a journey that shows all green. during Lockdown no discounts received. and the box keeps gping flat just sitting on the driveway. with a neighbour like mine leaving the engine running is not good. roll on December we can move away.

I must disagree with the previous reviews, i've had my motorhome insured with them for a few years now and can't fault them, i had a small collision where i backed into my neighbour, all it took was one phone call to them, i gave them all the details and they sorted it all out, if that's not good service then i don't know what is.

Like the other reviewers - do not use. They may be reasonably cheap but the service is awful. Especially when stuff goes wrong. (Which, it seems, is a matter of time with this company.) Dropped calls, crossing correspondence, 'lost' messages, threatening letters, departments which never seem to talk to each other, unresolved complaints etc.

And don't even THINK about being in a crash. Even one that is not your fault. Adrian Flux will just keep passing you down a chain of 'recovery' companies until you have lost track of how many people you have spoken to. (And just give up and call the third-party's insurers. Hell, it was so bad it was faster and easier speaking to the insurance company of the bloke who crashed into me!

They were great - NFU Mutual, take a bow. Very helpful people there.) Adrian Flux - avoid at all cost. Even if your insurance is more expensive. Although you could probably get a better service for less. I managed it, in the end. And I'm never, ever going back.
