Been with this company coming up 15 yrs and never had to claim. Been a top company, then out of blue today I get a letter stating they won't be able to renew my policy end of month due to change in circumstances of the policy. I rang today to get an understanding, aperntly (it's my postcode and job description), I tried to see if could change things so could stay with them and because (letter has been sent it's pretty much set in stone)?! I'm sorry but why not talk to me rather than saying can't renew. Not happy.

Been looking for new insurance company for a traders policy and tried these but because I own a sports car they won't even consider me, I even said I could sell the car if it was that much hassel to get trade insurance but because they now know I have/had one they won't consider me at all

Been using road runner for years always reasonably priced, friendly and helpful.

Took out new Motor Trade Risk and Public Liability insurance with Roadrunner last week. Being a new sole trader, mobile mechanic, I had next to no understanding of these policies. However, Rio, was an absolute asset to the Roadrunner team. He ran through everything I needed to know and answered all the daft questions I fired at him. He had no issues in answering them all immediately.

He knew his stuff and was instrumental in me taking the policy out with them as I had been quoted higher figures by more 'mundane' insurance companies. I will definitely recommend this company and If you get Rio as your adviser be rest assured you are in safe hands.

I have been with Road Runner insurance for over 5 years, their service is excellent. Every time i ring a get a real person with out any holding on.they quickly sort any problems or queries. Their website is clear and straightforawrd for vehicle updates I do check the insurance renewal prices, like for like and they are always competitive, so have no intention of changing. I would like to to encourage everyone to use Road Runner, been with them a few years. Always come in best price straight away, no messing about. However been particulary impressed with the service from Kyran, working from home after hours dealing with my renewal during this crazy corona time, He gave me honest sound advice, very refreshing in this day and age. Avoid been with them 4 years and the day of renewal they ask for the money upfront. They were a lovely team until they sold it what ever they did and got axa involved even my premiums went up to the point they, said if I can get it cheaper then they can go to axa to see it they can beat it. Been with you 4 years you should beat it anyways. Not to bad of a situation I got it down to 800 with a new company on the same day. Just the inconvenience they have caused that's why they getting the 1 star. Really hope AXA stops taking over they little company's.

I would have found another company to do business with were it not for the fact that I am 64 and about to retire in a year, I had reason to make a claim just before renewal of my policy on phoning Roadrunner to make my claim. My accident was in April it has not been resolved to this date (6-7-2016). wouldn't mind but I have been with them for over 8 years and paid over 5000 in premiums my claim is worth 3500. Roadrunner redirected my phone call to the insurance company claim office, they took all details over the phone then sat on it for over two weeks the vehicle has not been inspected as of this date the policy's they issue are not worth the paper they are written on, Roadrunner do nothing after they hike your premiums by over 20% form 650 to 880 per year and run down the road with your money no wonder they're called Roadrunner. Avoid. This site won't let you post zero stars but my rating is -5 *

Very help full and pleasure to deal with. My 2nd year with them they are not the cheapest trade insurance but well worth the extra cost as they do help when required. you get what you pay for and am very happy with ROAD RUNNER what more can I say keep the good work.
