Their policy is that if you don't find a fault within the first 2 years of the guarantee and the developer hasn't been made aware within this time then they or the developer does not need to do anything regarding resolution. All they cover from year 2-10 is structural damage, wall tie failure or building movement etc. Even if they hadn't built it to building regulations at the time, it's your job to find these issues within 2 years and make your developer aware in writing.

YOU HV TO CHASE AND CHASE TO GET YOUR MONEY RETURNED, FOR EXAMPLE THE ESCROW PAYMENTS DEVELOPERS/ BUILDERS HAVE TO PAY. THEIR REPLIES ARE INCONSISTENT. TOTAL TIMEWASTERS! YOU SEE THEM AT THE HOUSE BUILDER SHOWS - AVOID AT ALL COST I USED THEM ON TWO BUILD PROJECTS. NEVER AGAIN! I AM GOING LEGAL NOW

Richard was very proactive and responsive in clearing building control conditions where possible and offered advice on how to achieve compliance.

PG Building control have been responsive and supportive as best they can under COVID restrictions. The case handler and the site inspector were very professional and I thoroughly benefited from their expertise.

Poor product and service - would tell anyone buying a home with their insurance to walk away. It's also interesting that the two five star reviews are both by individuals who work for the Company! (Just look them up on LinkedIn).

Ignore emails, do not return calls, and give incredibly inconsistent answers. claims department are good. But to get through to them, you need to navigate the impossible and dismissive DRS team. Try and go for NHBC, Premier do all they can to avoid paying out and usually side with the builders

Ignore emails and hang up on me part way through trying to make a claim. Once I got through Premier Guarantee again they made every excuse to not help with faulty pipework. Avoid using them.

Incredibly unhelpful - very expensive - the customer service was amongst the worst I have ever experienced. The surveyors went out of their way to be unavailable and the sales team were frankly insulting as soon as they had your money. In a nutshell they couldn't give a monkeys about their customer
