Horrible stay away otherwise will loose your money. Failing to provide with no claim bonus after end of policy which is resulting in cancellation of my new policy loose of money loose of time and stress all this time calls emails complains all sorts they just don't care about you. Best luck if you go with them

I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone, they are extremely rude. Called them about a week ago to take out a new insurance policy and they just care about taking money off of you. They have no respect for their costumers. I spoke to someone called Thomas Rowe, I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in my life. He has a sarcastic tone when speaking to you and talks to you like you owe him some thing. Even hangs up the phone without simply saying bye.

Please Avoid this company and guy called Thomas really rude hang up on me because i did not want to take policy with them then few hours later called me back saying there's another company that do better quote but it was way higher then other quote i was getting when said not interested he hang up again unprofessional and rude stay away

Worst company, worst staff, they trap customer with cheap quotes and provide rubbish disabled restricted motor trade policies. Once you paid then they will disclose you with rubbish motor trade policy. Adding and removing car is restricted, Can't add the car on policy after removing from policy, Number of cars will be reduced after buying policy, my was 10 but they reduced it to 6 and even to add 6 cars they will ask you on phone and message rubbish things which makes traders life miserable and you will be left with motor trade policy which will not work for you. And even can't cancel the policy because have to pay charge. Please people don't fall in there trap, be aware, never buy any policy from DNA insurance

Absolutely fantastic service the sales team and customer service team completely transparent and easy to deal with not 100% complete through the process yet but it's been easy so far and guessing the last few steps Will also be that way

Waiting months for them to send a document, then they send it all wrong, rung them numerous times to make sure they had it right. It's been an absolute joke tbh I would of recommended this company but not anymore. So disappointed

Warning! Warning! Where shall I start. They called me on the button and I usually don't go for the first one but I thought I give it a go. My insurance renewal was not due for another 20 days and I was waiting for my current one to give me a quote but this guys were quick. Rob sold me the insurance and said that I have 14 days to cancel it in case i change my mind free of charge.

I had some change of circumstances and my insurance should have been a lot lower and I got another quote significantly low and called them to match it or cancel it otherwise. Took 3-5 days for them to come back and they were pushing it everyday so the insurance could start and when they didn't have anymore choice they said that is 100 fee to cancel it. Was not mentioned anywhere and I have the phone recording to prove it. They sound more like hustlers than a serious company. Stay away

Critical: Quality, Value I took out an insurance policy and cancelled it within 14 days, when I confirmed what the charges are I was told 200.82 but the charged me 400. When I was asked who my new Brooker is, They advised that I should stay with them and cancel my new policy and started bad mouthing them. Very unprofessional, stay away.

My MotorTrade was due for renewal and I have been put in touch with DNA that offered quite a good value. As I'm trading from home, they "forgot" to mention that there will be a limit of 5 max vehicles I can have in the same time. As the policy didn't suited my needs I asked if this can be increased and apparently it cannot. I had to cancel and despite the agent telling me upon quoting that if there are any issues with the quote I have the right to cancel FREE of charge 2 weeks after the start of the policy, now there are taking a lot of fees which they want to deduct from the deposit I paid.

I thought they are a serious company but they avoid saying key things hoping you will go ahead and take the insurance with them and then they charge you for everything. Plus that I had to call days in the row to be able to cancel. I would STAY AWAY from them as they are deliberately hiding things so they can take money from you.

Took out insurance with them never thought I would make a claim however I did this is when you find out how good it is well these are top draw from point of contact to authorised repairs with you every step of the way

I had an excellent and pleasant chat with Charlee about my renewal and she was very helpful and answered my questions fully and satisfactorily, any questions she wasn't totally sure about she quickly found out for me. She broke down my insurance and payments into easily understood sections all of which i found very refreshing, I have never had any problems with dna and swapping vehicles is easily done through them.

The call was a lift to my day [how often can anyone say that dealing with insurance?], customer care and satisfaction seems to be a part of their core, Thank you Charlee. Also saved 120 approx [Geoff c. motor-trader Newport, Wales] Respect received and given, thank you
