Excellent cover for the over 65s with pre medical condisions as we only do cruises they offer cruise cover as a add on at a very good price we have.been using this company for a few years now and have never had a problem with there policy which is clearly laid out, but you never realy know how good any company is until you make a claim? But we find flexicover yearly travel insurace covers our needs with good cover good customer service but above all we can enjoy our cruises knowing we are covered.

We used this company and caught covid in majorca we let flexi insurance know they were marvelous rang or emailed us everyday to check how we were and when we got home 12 days later we filled in a claim form which was really easy to do and received an offer within days we will never use anyone else but flexi from now on

According to this company Spain is not covered by a worldwide policy. I tried to change the country of the policy from Turkey to Spain and was told even though the policy I had was worldwide that did not cover Spain and I would have to pay extra for Spanish cover. The advisor then told me that the underwriters had this stipulation of worldwide policy did not cover Spain.
Obviously I and others I have spoken too find this an absolute load of claptrap. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. Glad I haven't had to make a claim with them as I might of had to travel to the moon to get any sense.
