I bought this insurance for my first car. I bought it on 10th of March. I was told, engineer will call me, when he can come and insinst a black box, so they could track how i am breaking, excalarating and etc. Nobody called me, but i gogot a text message that they will come on 2nd of April and install that black box ( if i wont install it they will cancel my inaurance and charge 75 ) so engineer came, he installed it and everything was fine.
On website i can see my points and so on. Today i received a letter that my insurance will be cancelled because i dont have a black box installed!?! The letter was sent to on 2nd of April. so i called them today, i was waiting on a line for 15 minutes, and basically, lady said that my insurance will be cancelled because i dont have black box. I said i have.
Then i was waiting again, and lady said she updated something and i should call again tomorrow to confirm. I mean i dont have 1 hour free per day just to wait for somebody to speak with me about things that was done by them. Very dissapointed! Very bad communication within the company.
