We were established in 1998 offering general insurance to local clients but soon realised that many professional practices were struggling to obtain and source professional indemnity insurance in a quick and simple manner. In 2000, we introduced a Small Practice Professional Indemnity Insurance scheme for sole practitioner property professionals which made the whole process of buying PII easier.

We have just renewed of Professional Indemnity Insurance for the 9th continuous year. They are very helpful, and highly professional. If we have any questions about the insurance, or about meeting the regulatory requirements about insurance in our profession (Chartered Surveyors) they know the answers and provide us with a high level of confidence. On one occasion when we were faced with a spurious claim they provided very professional support to help us successfully defend our position. Highly recommended.
