Stay well clear of this insurance company - When I have needed this company they have always had an excuse as to why they cannot help. Not sure what I have paid for. been with them over 2 years! Will be making a formal complaint to the regulatory body.

Edward explained all the products offered by The Exeter and answered any questions I had. The webinar was very useful to get an overview on how the products work & what sets them aside from other providers.

Terrible service or no service bordering criminal. Online gp just says call your gp or 111 Will try to get out of any claims with completely unrelated previous conditions after long waits and will schedule your rejection on the day they collect more money to get that one last payment.

Terrible company, avoid them if possible. they are full of excuses and will avoid paying out at any expense. my husband had an injury and was unable to work we put in a claim and they started paying out for a couple of months before turning around to say to us we needed to disclose something that had happened 20 years ago then stopped paying and cancelled his policy. Absolutely disgusting. to be honest i think it is family business as they all seem to be related somehow. Do not use them.

Avoid avoid avoid. 70+ year old aunt paying over 300 a month. Been with them over 10 years. Make a claim for a short hospital stay for dementia care and owed over 4000. 3 months later and younger relative is still trying to get the cash back. Nothing but excuses, disorganisation and empty promises. Terrible service. I doubt if it had been left to the elderly relative the cash would have ever been seen again.

Not happy - not ever made a claim even though i've been with them for years but they keep putting up my premiums by ALOT when I asked them why, they told me its because lots of people have been making lots of claims and it makes no difference if youve claimed or not, youve got to pay for the claimers. No wonder then that lots of people make lots of claims if it doesn't put up their premiums more than someone who doesn't claim! My car and house insurance don't do that, they keep my premiums low if I don't claim. Will be looking elsewhere!
