I recently had to make a claim for a damaged alloy and a puncture due to being driven off the road. Quite stressful. Premia were there to help and got things sorted for me, quickly and with no fuss. Conversations on the phone with them were always courteous and polite. Great service.

Really helpful chat with agent Kevin who,s assistance really helped me make my claim as this was a totally new experience for me never having made a claim before. Your prompt reply and settling of my claim was really helpful and appreciated. It is nice to see an honest claim being dealt with so quickly. Thanks

I would give zero stars for their minor damage protection scheme for cars. Their modus operandi is to reject all claims and make the new claim process as difficult and time consuming as possible. When a claim is rejected it's just with a status of rejected and they send the standard T&C's expecting you to mind read and know why the claim is rejected.

It's not possible to contact them to know why as their voice mail is still referring to COVID measures and short staffing, this is 8 months after the furlough scheme ended! Literally ever claim I make is rejected and I had to ask Volvo to intervene as they sold me the product, which is not fit for purpose. Every claim I have made is less than 30 CMS and very light scuffs. My recommendation is to avoid any products that are offered by Premia (my policy was offered by Lookers/Charles Hurst/Taggarts).

Definitely a company to stay away from. This company policy was given as a warranty provider for the used car I bought. You can't even contact the company, let alone the warranty. They do not respond to your emails. Definitely stay away.

BEWARE OF GREEDY CHARGES TO LOYAL EXISTING CUSTOMERS! I have been a loyal customer with this company for many years and never had to make a claim and was so far a happy customer until I changed my car two years into a three-year policy and was outraged when they tried to take 50 off me for cancelling the policy early. The cancellation was for good reasons and for purchasing another brand-new car and also for taking out a brand-new policy with the same company, however because I cancelled my old policy early they still demanded to take 50 from me as a cancellation fee and I was absolutely outraged and disgusted because of this even though I was still taking out another brand-new policy with the same company.

As a result for their greed in demanding 50 I immediately cancelled my brand-new policy and also cancelled the second policy we was taking out for another second car we was purchasing a few weeks later. I will never use this company again due to their greed and demands of taking money from good loyal customers. No doubt this company will send a follow-up feedback reply to this message however this will make no difference and they should've thought about this at the time they demanded the 50 off me.

Purchased SMART Insurance Policy with the purchase of my car for 399. Having submitted a request for repair following their process to the very detail, this was the "Repair" carried out. (See Attached Images, Before and After). They are currently advising they believe this to be a satisfactory repair, and refusing to refund the policy. Make your own minds up if you'd be happy with that on your car.

Terrible system, really awkward to work with. Hard work getting a resolution. 2nd time used this year, for exactly the same thing but different criteria used this second time. Which resulted in more delay before getting my payment back. Would not choose to use this company if I had a choice.

GREAT TYRE AND ALLOY INSURANCE Exceptional service, great communication. 2 tyres wrote off and 2 repairable damaged alloys. AA recovery necessary. Happened Saturday tyres replace Tuesday Alloy repair arranged for following Tuesday. Paid upfront for tyres however 3 days after fitting 600 deposited in my bank. No upfront payment for Alloy repairs. All done and dusted in less than a week. Great company to deal with, hassle free, all sorted via internet, perhaps not the cheapest but certainly one of the best

Be warned that this company is designed not to payout against its product offering, very difficult process to claim, declined my claim giving the reason what I was claiming for was fair wear and tear (numerous posts have said the same in terms of declines they have received) however how can scratches from driving too close to brushes be claimed as fair wear and tear, along with two marks caused by a person opening their door onto my car? I was sold this product based on the fact that it would cover such minor scratches and dents! I have had similar products from other companies with no issues.

My car broke down due to a bad earth connection. After days of trying to contact this lot to put in a claim. Eventually someone rang back to say that the 102 that I paid to to get the work done surprise surprise it's not covered by the warranty shock horror. The warranty came with the car when bought from Perrys 9 months ago. Somehow I knew it would be useless. I won't be renewing it.

Had 2 front wheels refurbished on our family car in under 2 hours through one of Premia's agents. Nice, friendly guy from Prestige Wheels who did it. Well mannered, professional service. No mess or fuss. Would definitely recommend. Also had a puncture repaired with no hassle claiming repair costs back from Premia Solutions.
