This company are very poor at calling you back their customer service is very dire. They advertise as specialist insurance brokers but never get back to you. So disappointed.

Be very careful when engaging and appointing this company. They actively look to find ways to not pay valid insurance claims. Maybe look to another company.

Keeping us up to date on current best policy. Change to operating system has created some questions that seem to give an incorrect answer. Statement talks about occupancy but after discussing with the office I understand this means tenant contracts. Needs correcting to ensure no comeback from an insurer if a claim is made.
