Best service, if they didn't consistently keep my policy up to date I would easily have doubled or tripled my bills again. I lost a lot because people didn't pay attention to their jobs. I have been accommodated especially when they know I will forget but they keep my payments down because they do a wonderful job at managing my accounts. That must be how really rich people get treated and thanks for keeping money in my pocket so I can feel rich even if it's only for a few minutes at a time.

I have had insurance with this company for almost a year and they gave me an excellent price and my monthly payments have actually decreased by $10! I called in to speak with Connie about getting my policy papers emailed to me and she was extremely helpful and nice. She was super efficient and I had what I needed from her within 2 minutes.

Did quote online. Smooth process until the end. Was only able to see what payment was due for today but not monthly. Tried clicking on each one but it only took me to payment screen. Also, you can't have your policy start date on day you like. System won't setup date past 15 days. Called for help and was only told they can't see quotes online and spent long time on call with agent that kept trying to push the sale of three products i repeatedly said to remove I didn't want. Ended up going back online to complete process.
Still the monthly amount never showed. Never received documents for policy, receipt of payment or documents to sign. Called yet again and was told if documents didn't come to me in email, I need to go to an agent's office and on top of that, states can't see anything or make any changes until policy is in effect. Good rates, horrible process.

I'm being generous giving 1 star. This company is horrible, their customer service is the worst. When I cancelled my policy nobody told me that I would need to submit anything in order to stop the monthly withdraw from my bank account, so they continued to take money for 2 months. When I called to get that stopped and get reimbursed, I was told that I would need to submit a declaration page from my new insurance company in order to be reimbursed.
I did that and then they told me that I would need to submit a declaration page for my Camry. I hadn't owned the Camry for 3 years, so I was confused. Come to find out the company had been charging me for insuring the Camry for years and now they wanted me to send proof that I didn't own the car. That's a little difficult when you haven't owned the car in years. You would think that an agent would mention these things to you while you are sitting in their office and canceling you policy. I still have not received my money from them.

Do not get this insurance I needed insurance and had no license. I stated that in the policy rate was 97 dollars a month sounded to get to be true. So I called to verify I was told there was no issues with the coverage and everything was good. Then they decided to send me an invoice with a increase rate at 250 because of the no license after the fact of me putting in the policy not having a license and even after calling to verify. Don't get this insurance not professional at all and they will change your rate as they see fit fraudulent company

I'm giving the lady Gale FIVE STARS because I was HIGHLY FRUSTRATED due to me coming to the office here in Lima, Ohio for the past TWO DAYS and the office was closed on both days. I called a 1-800 number and got Gale on the phone and explained everything to her and that I couldn't pay over the phone because I already had purchased a money order and couldn't pay over the phone.
She contacted corporate and advised them of what was going on to find a solution in which she did. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO BE AWARDED SHE DID A FANTASTIC JOB. INSURANCE IS A MUS!

Oh me, after many years (over 30) of perfect driving Record with no accidents or moving violations, I finally had one and my insurer cancelled me. Acceptance was recommended to me by a friend who is a State Farm insurance agent. As fortunes would have it, also known as Murphy's Law, after insuring with Acceptance I had another accident. The claims staff was very professional, settled the claim quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. No notices of rate increase or cancellation. Even when my driving record improves, I will not leave Acceptance.

Ms. Nicole with customer service was kind, helpful, polite, and very professional. She helped me with my payment, helped update information to my account, and got my new cards sent to my email. Also she helped me by getting the physical cards sent to my home. I got off the phone with all questions answered and peace of mind my bill was handled properly.

I only give them one star due to the representative who handled my issue today. She wasn't actively listening, she kept talking over me, just flat out rude. As she's just one component of Acceptance Insurance I will not under rate the company because they have been great to have for my insurance needs, however, they need to offer etiquette classes so they can ensure their reps are top notch professionals.
