I have been working for several years with Velos Insurance brokers as an agent from Greece and now Canada and I am completely satisfied with their services but mostly with their support. Not only support to obtain best terms and conditions for my clients but most importantly in handling claims. In Marine insurance every case needs to be handled separately and this is exactly what they do. Very professional and attentive.

Unfortunately our experience with Velos has only been marred with people who are unable to keep their word or live up to the promises they suppose they will deliver. As a company also based in a similar field where our word is our bond we find it severely disturbing that companies like this act selfishly and incur extra costs to hard working companies as they are unable to deliver on what they promise.
I would highly recommend that if dealing with Velos you make sure you have a written contract that YOUR lawyer has written and do not consider engaging in any business or incurring any costs until they have signed that contract as it seems their word is worthless
