I got charged a 111.37 from this company that I did NOT authorize, the Person who is insured by them I use to know closely but no longer have contact with them, when I informed them of the situation they said they can't refund me till the INSURED got into contact with them?!?! EXCUSE ME. What does that have to do with me, and my money. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Yeah I'm sure you get what you pay for for but honestly all insurance companies are pretty slimy so might as well go with an affordable one. Plus she was very nice and answered all of my questions.
