I am very happy with my new policy i did with Globel Travel Insurance!

Usual "do it yourself" service. Nothing special to make me give extra 'stars.' Web site easy to follow, if your are basic internet savvy there should be no problems. Cannot really judge the after care service because luckily we have never needed to make a claim. That is when one can really place a serious evaluation of a product/company. We have been using Globelink for years, nothing really ever changes except the cost.

May I suggest some sort of loyalty scheme to reward long term customers, there is a lot of competition out there and the temptation to change providers for something cheaper must be growing. I must add that the price increase for the very same cover as last year was quite a shock. I do understand the now common place activity of making false claims by dishonest idiots has increased the prices of insurance but why should long term honest customers be punished? Updated review.

Following the start of the pandemic back in 2020 Globelink showed their true colours. We had a very complicated retirement holiday planned and paid for, of course everything was cancelled. We received 100% of every transaction we had made. Airline tickets, accommodation in England and Greece, airport transfers, extra health insurance for my illness not covered by Globelink.

Every company knew that we wouldn't be using their services and gave us full compensation, all except Globelink. They were unprofessional and slow in the communications we made and finally, and seemingly grudgingly, paid back 50%, using "administrative costs" as an excuse to keep money for something they were never going have to pay out for. Having used them for years, and recommended them to many people all I can say is AVOID!

Quick and easy to complete, documents sent within seconds of payment being made. All's good.

Clear and concise product information and a fast response to a small problem I experienced through no fault of theirs. The insurance packages seem competitively priced and good value for money.

Very happy with the balance of cost vs cover provided, and the handling of the claim we had to make last year due to travel disruption. We have renewed our policy for another year, in the hope of travel restarting in 2022!

We have used Globelink several times, the cover is very easy to purchase and well priced. They were also very helpful when I phoned with a 'Covid-19' related question. Great service, thank you.

I can't recommend Globelink highly enough. In a world where excellent customer service is hard to find they have exceeded my expectations. Owing to airline schedule changes I had to postpone our round the world trip and amend our travel dates by a whole year. Globelink's communication has been great throughout the process and they amended our policy without charge. I feel confident that should I have to claim I will be treated fairly and their prices are very competitive too!

I was delighted to discover Globelink International Travel Insurance when I was searching for an annual policy as a Brit living abroad in Europe. This means that my flights don't depart from the UK necessarily, and many insurers at home require you to be resident to cover you. Globelink put me at ease and helped me find a plan to suit my needs.
